Happy Anniversery, Baby

Five years ago today, my wife and I went on our first date. It was a real doozy; it ended up lasting over a week. Now here we are with our beautiful 3 year old Laurel and another baby on the way. I have been blessed not only with Barb, but her (now our) two wonderful children, Zach and Jessica. Best package deal ever.

I love you Barb. You have made my life so much more meaningful and you are my best friend. I cherish you and our family. Thanks for everything you do.

Love, Laughter and Friendship,
Jim

Jim, You made me cry at work! Five years- I can't believe it! Cancun was the BEST vacation ever!!!

It is easy to be a good wife to such a good husband and father! You have not only changed my life but the lives of Zach and Jessica- for the better- of course! Jess summed it up when she wrote the essay for school and said "I know you have only been my Daddy for a little bit- but it feels like you have loved me forever...."

I know that it could not have been easy to adjust to a wife but to have two children in the house and to be an instant Dad. I will always be thankful that you love me- but thankful to you for loving them. And not to mention- little Laurel- she has joined our family together in many ways- and our new arrival in June.

I count my blessings daily that I am married to my best friend. You make me laugh and you have the patience of a saint! Thank you for being my biggest fan and for your unwavering support about school.

I do say that you are my biggest child- with affection! I love that you have hobbies that you are pasionate about ie video games, sports, music, etc.

I love that we enjoy some of the same things and that we have other interests! This way we both bring different things to the table---sadly, I talk about the systems of the kidney...lol! You compliment my type A personality perfectally! You have been able to make me see gray- when I tend to only see black or white.

Lord knows we have differing views on many subjects but at the end of the day there is noone I would rather spend my life with.

Happy Anniversary, and many more!

Love, Laughter, and Friendship, Barb
